I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who participated in last Saturdays heart screening day. It was a huge success with a 100% turnout which the CRY and TALE team (the organisations doing the screening) have never had before so well done all. I would like to thank Lizzie Jones from the Danny Jones Foundation for her attendance and contributions to these events, Costa Coffee for keeping us all lubricated with their great coffee and hot chocolate and Barrs for the Strathmore Water. The volunteers who helped out on the day to make it all run smoothly from tea and toast early doors to the tombola and coffee stall which raised another £212 for TALE. 

Mostly I would like to thank Bojan Johnson for all her research, fund finding and organisational skills which undoubtedly without which this event could not have gone ahead. We are proud to have you as part of our committee and Leigh East Family well done.
I am a very proud Chairman to say the least.
