Prop or second row Josh Carrick has been named in the initial 49-strong squad alongside team mate Jack Hamer.

As a club, the committee are delighted that both players have been recognised and while their journey has only just started we'd like to thank their coaches at Leigh East and acknowledge the work of the Lancashire talent spotters.

Both lads are set to feature when the train-on squad meets at Orrell St James next week.
