Leigh East were boosted last week by the confirmation of another sponsorship deal with a major high street brand. Specsavers Leigh will work in partnership with the club over the remainder of the 2016 season and more details of the sponsorship will follow in due course. 

Specsavers Leigh assistant manager Laura Ogg commented “As Leigh is a town passionate for rugby league it’s a privilege to be able to sponsor Leigh East for the 2016 season. Leigh Specsavers Directors have been very supportive in giving something back to the local community and what better way than supporting one of the towns’ teams”.

Leigh East club chairman Dave Coyle commented “As an amateur club it is important and vital that we fundraise and we rely on local companies to support and sponsor all of our teams. Specsavers are a massive company that sponsor major professional events and teams so for us to be linked with them is brilliant and long may our partnership continue”.
