Andy Ball joins North Wales Crusaders Andy Ball joins North Wales Crusaders

First team hooker Andy Ball has signed for BetFred League One, North Wales Crusaders.

Ball has been a tremendous servant to East over the years, enjoying success at under-18s and has also played through the age groups and for the reserves and first team.

A very well respected player amongst his peers, Ball finished top try-scorer last season with 13 and also scored 19 tries in 2016 before his season was cruelly cut short by a knee injury.

Everyone at the club wishes Andy every success as he embarks on a well deserved professional opportunity. We are delighted by his recognition and he leaves us with our best thoughts.

The Crusaders have former East alumni at the helm in the form of Anthony Murray, Alan Hadcroft and Simon Reynolds.
